How to load user from another domain

Why it is needed to load user from another domain ...Please can you explain me briefly abt it

You must do this test first. MSDos go to the command then type:
PING 192.168.1.1
and now you must have a response from the server if not, then go to work at the Post and login information and then go to edit, and move towards working group, this is where you must type the same domain name as server and all should work.
