I wanted to evaluate the service for the clients therefore I have purchased Norton Online backup. Everything was running fine with back up in progress for the end of the day but on the next day when I went to work then I saw that the backup was over and I went to try a test restore. Every time when I try to do that, I get 500 server errors and the page is timed out.
I want someone to look at this problem and give the proper solution for it.
