Norton 360 causes outlook crash

Yesterday, MS Outlook : it starts normally, but when I start to get the mailboxes,it hangs, and I am entitled to the message ( I quote from memory ... ) "the application has encountered a problem and needs to close . 1. Quit Netscape or Outlook Express.
2. Close Norton AntiVirus if it is running .
3. Click Start> Find > Files or Folders.
4. Make sure " Look in " is pointing to the disk on which the mail program is installed.
5. Enter Inbox.snm in the Named box and click Find Now .
6. Click the button right mouse on the file Inbox.snm then rename it Inbox.bak .
7. Close the dialog to find files.
