Norton Safe Web Icons missing from Google

I am using Internet explorer browser in the system since I am using the system. I am updating the Internet explorer always with the latest one.Now I am using Internet explorer 8. Since morning everything was right but now when I started the system I found something is missing from the search result. That was Norton safe web icon. Is this happening with anyone else. I don't any new add on. Any suggestion. Please.

As your Norton safe web page is missing from the search result. I think this is not an issue with Norton safe web server. I suggest to you to check the safeweb and see if it is on or not. You can find it in the Norton toolbar. Also you can find it in:

• Web setting.
• Then go to safe surfing.
• After this close all the browsers.
• Now open and check.

I think this will help you to fine the icon.

I was having this problem with my Firefox browser. I think this issue is caused may be by some changes made by Google in their home page. You can check this by using the two workarounds.

• You search the icon from the search box.
• Also you can change the search engine.
• You can search also search from the Google of your Firefox browser.

I think you should to check out for this:

• Open the browser which you are using.
• Go to the tools option.
• Then go to compatibility settings
• In that option enter Google.com and add the Icon.
• After that check that it is displays or not.

I think it should work.

My Icon is always there in the search result. Just do pressing on the keys together ctrl+Alt+del. This will show you task manager. In which you will be able to see the list of what is running right now. I think something is pushing the icon out. I am not sure but this may be possible. To get the desired solution you need to reinstall the Norton icon.
