I have also faced same problem of connecting the two routers.I had come up with a solution that ,you follow all this settings on your router A and router B-
First i am providing you the setting for router A-
    1-Router A LAN IP 192.168.1.1
    2-Router A broadcast IP 192.168.1.255
    3-Router A DHCP range; 192.168.1.9 - 200 (DHCP enabled)
    4-Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
This are the settings for router B-
    1-Router B LAN IP 192.168.1.201
    2-Router B broadcast IP 192.168.1.255
    3-Router B DHCP range; 192.168.1.205 - 250 (DHCP enabled)
    4-Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
You try this configuration out .

I am providing you the simple solution for this problem .What you need to do is just connect one Ethernet port from the four port of router B to any one Ethernet port from the four port of router A .Do not put a cable in the 'Internet in Port ' of the router B and make the configuration of router B such that it do not use Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol will be taken care by the router A.You will easily be able to do this out and it is very simple.

You try this configuration out. First disable the NAT of router B.Then make connection Between 1LAN port of router A and WAN port of Router B.Make the fot of router A as static. If you want to connect a PC to LAN B then you need to send a ping to router A ,this is not known by router A because it doesn't know the location of the LAN.For this you should make router A as static routing
For sending the packet to the destination.

I had faced same kind of problem of connecting two router with each other. After few attempts i was able to make up with the connection.I am giving you some general information by which you can make your connection.Connect your router By cable.router A must be used to go into the internet.Make connection of the internet port on the router B to port 1 on the PC or port 2 on the router A.After done with this put the CD and make the configuration.
