Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Internet Services Manager (IIS). Then go in the Connection pane, expand if necessary and then click Application Pools. After that click on DefaultAppPool and then go to Advanced Settings. Then go to General and enable 32-bit applications. choose True for that.
