    Virus automatically sends email

I am using MS excel 2007. Unfortunately, every time it executes the macro, it receives the message: "A program is trying to automatically send e-mail in your name " "The allow you to continue?" "If this is unexpected, it may be a virus: in the case, choose No ". I have already done a lot of research on the net, but no reliable response. How to resolve this issue ? Please help. Thanks.

You can store macros in documents, spreadsheets, or in a template so that the macro be available each time a new file is created from this template. For example, Microsoft Word stores macros default recorded by the user in the Normal template (Normal.dot), so they are available with each Word document. When you open the Word document, the macro runs. A macro virus is a virus written in Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), that is to say, the macro language used in macros from a trusted source. So its happens.

If you set the security level for macros on average, you will automatically receive a warning each time you open a document containing a macro. You can select an option in the dialog box Security Warning on whether or not to run the macro. Disable macros is the default button. Check this step and reply.

    Re: Virus automatically sends email

If the security setting is set to the lowest level, Outlook does not warn you before you run a macro. Therefore all macros are automatically executed without your intervention. Because of the potential risk to security, Microsoft recommends that you do not use the security level the lowest. This message is displayed if a program tries to access your Address Book. In general you can not prohibit the display of this warning. However, check with your provider if synchronization software updates recent interact with Outlook in a reliable manner. This message is not displayed when Outlook interacts with a reliable synchronization software.

The main measure to take is to install an antivirus tool quality, that is to say, automatically blocking software viruses, Trojan horses, worms and other malicious code. Since new viruses appear constantly, it must also provide a virus capable of updating itself automatically. Norton AntiVirus 2010 is the ideal solution for protection against viruses.
