WIN32 Patched CG Problem

I have HP Compaq computer which is having Windows xp operating system installed on that. I have also having installed the Norton Internet Security 2010 installed on my computer. Recently I have got infected by the virus having name as the WIN32 Patched CG. I have tried to remove this particular virus from the computer, but not able to get the solution for that, so if anyone is having any solution on this, then give that to me. Thank you in advance.

You have to take care for the virus infected files with the help of the task manger. Simply make use of the Task manger and then you can able to get the process related to the WIN32 Patched CG virus.
