If you are able to detect the virus infected file and then also if you are not able to delete that file then you must need to check the updating of your computer antivirus. It most of time happen that due to the problem in your antivirus database, you won't able to delete the virus file. If you update your antivirus application then you will able to delete the virus infected files. So, just update your antivirus and solve your problem.

It may be possible that you are having problem for the infection of your computers system files. It your system files got infected by the virus, then your antivirus would not able to remove the virus infected files from your computer. So, just make use of the Safe mode and then try to remove the virus infected file from your computer. It will simply fix your problem. So, just check that and solve your problem. For safe mode you need to use the F8 Key at the start.
