XP Antispyware 2010 Problem

Hello to everyone. I have Windows xp operating system installed on my computer. And recently my computer is giving me problem with the Antispyware 2010. I don't able to get the solution from that. I have also come to know that the computer is got infected by the AV.exe. And I am not able to understand the problem and need to solve this. If you have any idea from which I will able to solve this problem, then give me solution for this. Thank you in advance.
