Cannot Renew IP Address and Limited to No Connectivity

I cannot renew my IP address on a Dell Inspiron 5150 and I'm using a Belkin PCMICA Wireless Card trying to connect to the internet through a Belkin Series G router.
I have tried ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew with the unable to contact DHCP server.
Here is the information from the ipconfig /all. If anyone sees anything that should be fixed please let me know. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Do you have a program like Network Magic in your computer? if you do try the troubleshooting. Another thing you could "DO IS your view available wireless networks, and see if you're connected (I know this sounds weird goal try it). You Might Also Be connected to someone elses network, That "could be your problem. Try resetting your modem and your router, just unplug the power cords for about a minute, and again when they're Fully Operational try reconnecting. Another Thing You Could DO IS call your cable (or satellite) and see if the Company In Your area connection is down. Hope this helps!

Hi Elaine,
Do you want an IP address that is assigned automatically or are you looking for a specific one? In either of the cases, disconnecting the chords for sometime would most probably solve the problem as the process would wash off the IP address from the temporary memory when it is switched off and when it connects again it acquires a new IP. If this doesn't work get it check by the technician as the device would be the one causing the problem.

you are actually not connected. try assigning the ip manually & try to ping the router ip address & check

I dont understand what you are trying to say. Could you please explain or specify in details what exactly you want to know? What operating system are you using? And whats your computer specifications?
