How to remove MSIL.AiO.v virus?

I think my computer system is infected with the virus called MSIL.AiO.v. I get to know this when my antivirus software gave me a alert message about this virus. I am trying to remove this MSIL.AiO.v virus from my computer system but I am unable to do so. I have no idea what is the problem. But I want to get rid of this MSIL.AiO.v virus from my computer system.
