Tpbot.A Virus Problem

Hello, I am having Windows xp operating system installed on my computer. I am having Windows xp operating system installed on my computer and while working on internet my computer got infected by the virus having name as the Tpbot.A. I have tried to remove that with the help of the Norton Internet Security 2010 antivirus and it is not possible for Norton to remove it. So, if you are having any solution from which I will able to remove the virus file, then please help me.

Hello, if you are having any problem of the virus infection and if your antivirus is not able to remove it, then you must need to remove that virus from the Safe mode.
