Need to delete this VBS.Tiltel virus

My computer system is working very slowly from the last week, first I thought that it can be a problem of hardware but then I scanned my computer system and my antivirus software discovered the VBS.Tiltel virus. I have deleted this virus from my computer system but it comes back again and again. I am fedup due this virus problem. Hence I need a perfect solution for removing this VBS.Tiltel virus from my computer system.
