Hello, you must need to scan your computer after updating your antivirus application. If you update your antivirus then you will able to get the solution for your problem. If you update your antivirus application then due to the new database it is possible for your application to remove the virus file from your computer. But, if your virus database is old then it will not able to remove the new virus from your computer. So, just update it and get your problem solved.

Hello, you must need to remove this virus by making use of the option of the Formatting. I think that if you format your hard drive then only you will able to get the solution completely. As your computer is restarting, your computer is having more virus infection. So, even if you are able to delete the virus file, some of the infected system files wont be deleted and after few days virus again take control of your system. So, it is better to delete the virus by formatting.

Hello, If you make use of the Mcafee Antivirus then you will able to delete the virus file. I am using it and it is really a good one. It is having following features:
    • Cover all the bases
    • Defend against threats that target Microsoft
    • Curb outbreak damage
    • Scans memory for malicious code
    • Protect email programs
    • Keep script-type threats at bay
    • Optimize updating for remote systems
    • Lock down files
    • Advanced rootkit detection
