Need to remove Trojan.Spy.Banker.HQ

i am using a dell inspiron laptop running with the windows 7 operating system. From last few days my system started alerting me that it has been infected by the Trojan.Spy.Banker.HQ virus. I simply need to remove the Trojan.Spy.Banker.HQ virus. I would really appreciate your help in this matter.
