    Delete Avira completely

    I uninstalled Avira antivir via control panel , but I still have traces of Avira which prevents me to reinstall it again.

    how to remove what remains?

    I have Vista and I installed Avast waiting

    Grab the Revo Uninstaller, download it by searching in google, its the best alternative for add/remove programs.

    After uninstalling it with rivo uninstaller use any registry cleaner to remove registry entries, you can use CCleaner or registry cleaner for that. Both are good and keeps your PC free from unrequited registry entries.

    To remove any application software that won't let you to uninstall it, try the free Revo Uninstaller, Open it and tick mark all bold items it says are in the registry and select delete. You can use an innovative "Hunter mode" to uninstall, kill and delete applications;You can use a "Drag and Drop" mode to uninstall, kill and delete applications.

    Try to Delete Avira completely , first delete the registry keys and the AntiVir folder present in your Program Files folder. To make sure that the files that Avira Antivir created during the installation are completely cleaned up, you can use a specific registry cleaner like Wise Registry Cleaner or CCleaner.
