How to delete W32.Yaha.T@mm from my computer system?

I think my computer system is infected by the virus name W32.Yaha.T@mm. I get to know about this when my AVG free scan antivirus gave me an alert message that W32.Yaha.T@mm is detected on your computer system. I am trying to delete this W32.Yaha.T@mm from my computer system but this W32.Yaha.T@mm comes again every time I reboot my computer system. I do not why this W32.Yaha.T@mm is troubling me but I want to get rid of this W32.Yaha.T@mm problem.

Thank you for your helpful reply. I have downloaded the avast antivirus software and also download the update for this antivirus from the link given above. After that I have installed the avast antivirus on my personal computer. After installing this antivirus software it asked to check for the virus at the time of reboot, I have selected the yes option and now my computer system is free from any kind of viruses, worms, and Trojans. But I also want to know the preventive measures for avoiding problem like these.
