    Gen:Trojan.Heur.Hype.50609F9F9F is a trojan

As the name suggests, Gen:Trojan.Heur.Hype.50609F9F9F is a trojan. Trojans are infections, that actually seem to be genuine from outside, but internally they are a very destructive type of malicious code. If your antivirus is not able to delete it from the system, then it means that it must have caused a lot of drastic change in your system. I suggest you to format the system and install a fresh copy of Windows, since this is the only method how you can get rid of this infection.

This antivirus, as recommended by this experts is a very good security component to get rid of all types of infections, including virus, trojans as well as worms. First, remember to uninstall the antivirus that you have previously installed in your system or else, your system might have problems, due to the conflict between the 2 antivirus in your system. Run a full system scan and remove all the unhealed infections that are detected during the scan.

    Undergo a safe mode scanning

I advice you to undergo a safe mode scanning, if the computer is infected with Gen:Trojan.Heur.Hype.50609F9F9F. You will get this option of safe mode when you start the system. Be sure that you scan the entire system, that is all your hard drives as well as flash drives and remove all the infections from the system. Safe mode is an assured method to remove the infections, since all the infections remain inactive during this method as they are not able to execute during the safe mode.

    Use Quick Heal antivirus

I recommend you to use Quick Heal antivirus that has the feature of boot scan, if the computer is infected with Gen:Trojan.Heur.Hype.50609F9F9F. Boot scanning is sure to remove the infections from the system, since the scan takes place before the operating system startup. So, basically the infections do not execute at this time because of which they remain inactive. I use the same method in my system, when my system gets infected with such types of infections.
