How i can backup windows 2008 domain controller (primary and secondary)

dear all
iam a membe of IT
i have
- window server 2008 DC
- windows server 2008 AD
-Exchange server 2007

my manager ask to take backup as soon as possible
so how i can backup for windows 2008 domain controller (primary and secandary ) ...... .
and also exchange server 2007 .....

please any one can guide me in detail
- for exchang we need SOFTWARE like symantec or there another way

Hey you can take the help of the "Microsoft Exchange Server 2003" which will take the back up of the server and move the file and folder form one server to the other. So download the same and see the working of it. I hope you will like the working of it. Say thanks if it works for you. Thank you
