Kaspersky 2010 issues with windows 7

Hi! Well I have a desktop system with windows 7 installed as the operating system in it. Also I use kaspersky 2010 antivirus software in order to provide protection to the system from threats. The problem generally I am facing is that whenever I try to copy files to different system it is not happening. It do not allow me to process it. But when I block or turn off my antivirus it does allow me. Please help what could be the reason.

Well it seems that your system is connected to other system using a wired network. The problem that you are not able to share files and folders to other system can be a reason of homegroup that may be initialized or created. You first need to set the settings for the same in order to mak it work. Go to Network sharing center to Homegroup and check the sharing to. This should help you in figuring out the problem.

The reason could be this as well that is the incompatibility feature support of the software to the system running under Windows 7. Try out different software application for the same. Use AVG 9.0 or Avast in order to make the system secure from threats. Kaspersky has many irrelevant problems associated with it. So you need to take an alternative by uninstalling the software.

1) Go to the Kaspersky internet security 2010 online security feature.
2) Select the firewall settings and then the Networks.
3) Your network should be mentioned out there just right click on it and set it as trusted network.
4) Apply the settings on both the system.

This should help your system to interact without any problem now.
