    Msdri.dll and explorer.exe infected with virus win32/heur

    msdri.dll my explorer.exe and are infected with the virus win32/heur

    I have the laptop with problem due to viruses . I can see that the virus still in my msdri.dll and explorer.exe. I can not start application and norton is not acting on it . The virus is win32/heur someone a suggestion?
    what to do ?

    These are indeed important files .... for windows. Is the problem somewhere else? By removing the 2 files you cant get the pictures unable to boot . Check if this is certainly due to some file somewhere else and the problem is bigger than a simple virus.

    • At first you can try with Bitdefender Online Scanner
    • close your other applications and disable your Anivirus Temporarily
    • In the bottom left of the window, click -> Analysis Online
    • In the next window, click > Agree
    • agree to install the "ActiveX Control"
    • A small window opens, click > Install
    • The window changes again, click -> Start Analysis
    • Signatures are responsible and BitDefender Scan Online is starting the analysis
    • Once the scan is complete, in that window click -> Click to export the scan report
    • Do not forget to reactivate Your Antivirus

    1. Turn off System Restore

    • Click on ‘Start,’ right-click on ‘My Computer,’ and select ‘Properties.’
    • Click on ‘System Restore.’
    • Access ‘Turn off System Restore.’ Choose ‘OK.’
    • Once the prompt to turn off ‘System Restore’ appears, click on ‘Yes.’
    • Now Reboot your system

    2. Create a new Restore Point

    • Click on ‘Start,’ right-click on ‘My Computer,’ and select ‘Properties.’
    • Click on ‘System Restore.’
    • Access ‘Turn off System Restore,’ and choose ‘OK.’
