Our school went from Secure School proxy server to a Barracuda appliance over the weekend. Workstation TCPIP settings were set to go to proxy server for content filtering, but now just get IP address from DHCP. The problem is that only administrators can change the TCPIP settings, so admins and teachers can change their machines, but students can not, and it appears that when admin changes TCPIP settings - through IE internet options - those settings dont seem to attach to the student users. We can't see that for sure, but teachers/admin make the change, and can browse, logoff, and student logs on but can not browse web. We will try making change in control panel, network connections today, but?? We are running Windows Server 2003 with Active Directory. Is there something in AD that we are missing or is a workstation issue? THANKS
