HELP!! All my families' computers remotely HIJACKED

Let's first focus on getting back control of my HP media center PC. People may not believe the various events that took place over the last year which ultimately infected my families'computers (1 PC and 2 laptops). The easiest way to addressthis issue is for an extremely intelligent Representative to remotely take control over my PC while I show you all the evidence all the while I explain story. Before I go on typing away, is there someone that wants to help me and my family out??

    Thanks,
    Kevin

Its sounds rediculous, but I have a couple of documents that ive copied which I would like someone to take a look at. The documents clearly show the programming used to completely disable my admin privlidges while giving him/them complete control (I believe they use a form of Group Policy)... Can I attach these documents?? thanks

Yes, go ahead and attach the document, lets have a look at that. But why would someone disable your access to your computers? Are these business purpose computers? May be some neighborhood punks trying to have a little fun...
