Exclamation Log on locally rights problem

    Hi guys,

I have a problem with User log on locally policy,

I have installed Win server 2003 standard edition on my Domain Controller. I have 10 Users working in a company so I made their Accounts and Password. As far as I know in order to let them log on in their individual client PC I must assign allow log on locally right from Domain Controller Group Policy and that’s what I have been doing since I learnt.

Now my problem begins, recently I had to format my Server PC and reinstalled everything. I have configured DNS and AD. I created all Users Account. Still I have not given log on locally rights. I tried to log on with user name and password, with my surprise I can log on with any user name and password, but still I have not given any kind of right using GPO.

I do know whatever I did and I m damn sure that I did configured Domain control perfectly. As far as my knowledge is concern about Networking, It should not let me log on prior to given log on locally rights.

I will be thankful if anyone can help,

    Thank you

    Smiten
