Double-click the folder name to ‘enter’ that folder >To upload files, locate them in your Finder, select the ones you want to upload, and then drag them to the main CyberDuck window.

Re: How to use cyberduck
Cyerduck is a great application for uploading and downloading files using FTP. It manages to be customizable while remaining fast and light-weight. You must have an active ODIN account in order to post files to your PSU webspace while using Cyberduck for uploading website files.
