I have a small network in mu office including four computers and one laptop. All are connected through router. I cannot connect to VPN for my computers. What ports do i need to open for VPN? Anyone?

If you want to open ports for VPN, then find out the ports which are running VPN. So try using different ports. Normally all ports are common and not blocked. It can be something else creating problem.
You need to open following ports to enable VPN between your computer:
To allow PPTP tunnel maintenance traffic, open TCP 1723.
To allow PPTP tunneled data to pass through router, open Protocol ID 47.
For L2TP VPN connections, you need to open UDP port 500 for Internet Key Exchange (IKE) traffic and UDP port 1701 for L2TP traffic.
