Improve my network speed

I have a transfer rate of 256 kbps download and 209 upload with my connection current Internet, it is a connection a transfer rate intermediary.
I play a game on the Internet where I must have a transfer rate minimum 256 kbps download and 129 upload.

MTU The Maximum Transmission Unit "is defined as the maximum transmission capacity of IP packet" from the Internet on the network. It is measured in bytes. The TCP Optimizer utility will allow you to calculate and determine the best MTU for your connection.

Select the Largest MTU tab and click the Start button. The calculation of the ideal MTU for your configuration is then automatically displayed. Click the General Settings tab and check the Custom settings option. In the MTU field, enter the MTU value previously calculated by TCP Optimizer.

Follow the steps to improve the network speed

• Go to Start then run.
• In this window, enter gpedit.msc
• Double Click on Computer Configuration
• Go to Administrative Template
• Then in network
• Then QoS Planner Packages
• And limit the bandwidth booking.
• Select enable. Then enter the value 0%

The Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20% of the bandwidth of a connection, but you can override this value by using this parameter.
