It depends what server you are using. You need to find the pop3 service. For more info on setting up your pop3 account. Here is the Incomng Mail (POP3) Server for Yahoo! Mail :
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com (Use SSL, port: 995)

If you don't know what is your incoming mail server & if you need to find that Then you must call your ISP's support centre by phone and get the server names and addresses that way.
