SQL Server 2008 Requirements

Hello good morning

I'm planing to start a website with the aide of the SQL..and am just curious to know the requirement of the SQL server in order to act the purpose.i made some experiment with various machines which been installed on SQL Server 2008,2005, SQL Server 2005 Express. i got good outputs in some websites on the other end some websites showed "cannot be opened because it is version 655. This server supports version 612 and earlier. a downgrade path is not supported " so any one know more information about this regrads

the above shows the requirements for Windows® Small Business Server 2008
windows Server® 2008 Standard.
In order to install the server must be joined to a Small Business Server 2008 domain or a domain that has Active Directory configured in that way,also must be joined to a domain where a single server in the domain should include every single master operations FSMO roles and is the root of the Active Directory forest,you should not run instances of the server software, separately licensed or otherwise, at the same time in another operating system environment within the same domain.and should not have trust relationships with any other domains
The domain cannot have any child domains, and e sum of user and device licenses in the domain should not go further 75.any failure notice? you can see the a failed check in the "Operating system supported for edition” topic.

SQL 2008 Standard Edition for Small Business also in cooperated with Windows Small Business Server 2008.It should be installed in that way as an Small Business Server domain or an environment with certain characteristics. which also supports for installation in a small business domain, which includes installing on one of the following Windows Server 2008 editions.You cannot install SQL Server on a server that is not in the Windows SBS 2008 domain.After installing required components, SQL Server Setup will verify that the computer where SQL Server 2008 will be installed also meets all the other requirements for a successful installation
