removing Win32/Bagle.gen!C

My computer was infected by Win32/Bagle.gen!C when I did a scan with the new Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool. I only have the problem of Blue screen rather than anything else affecting the computer at the moment. I also cleaned my computer with AVG antivirus but Worm: Win32/Bagle.gen!C comes back. So can anyone tell me how to remove Worm: Win32/Bagle.gen!C? Any help will be appreciated.

Uninstall AVG and Install Avira free AntiVirus

Start up Malwarebytes; Update it; then run a full scan (remove all found Malwares)
You need to run this multiple times, untill all hidden Malwares are uncovered and removed.

I`ve also had surprisingly good response from the free version of Adaware. If you go that route make sure you don`t end up with the realtime version of it.
