Mom.exe found on the system, What it is?

I have download the ATI driver from the internet and i found that my anti- virus is detecting mom.exe, It gives me continuous pop up that spyware has been detected and need to clean, but i don't understand whether this is related to the same file which i have downloaded from the internet, if it is then suggest me what is mom.exe and whether it is harmful to my system or not. Thanks

MOM.exe File will be located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files". The file size on Windows XP is 49,152 bytes. mom.exe is a Catalyst Control Center: Monitoring program\r from ATI Technologies Inc.\r belonging to Catalyst Control Centre\r Although this is an ATI Technologies Inc. application there is a possibility that this could be a type of spyware if found in the following folder: \program files\mom\mom.exe.

Mom is a known key logger you need to delete it I FOUND THE PROBLEM WITH ATI graphics cards. The program has no visible window. File MOM.exe is not a Windows core file. Program can be uninstalled in the Control Panel. MOM.exe seems to be a compressed file. Therefore the technical security rating is 30% dangerous. Go to C : Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static and try deleting from here.
