    teamviewer no connection to master server

    I am using teamviewer for my clients but now cannot connect it to the master server. I am getting the an error message saying "No connection to master server". I am using Windows XP SP2. Can someone Help Please....????

    Try uninstalling & reinstalling the software of teamviewer. This may fix your issue. Also see if something on both the computer is blocking it.

    Error message "Failed to connect to web service" : This message points to the fact that something blocks the file CrossLoopConnect.exe the access to the Internet or over very rare cases the CROSS loop server could a problem.

    To occur or solving the aforesaid problems can configure you your guard software on " Allow" CrossLoopConnect.exe, WinVnc.exe and VncViewer.exe to twist and access to the Internet. Some guard software is possible groups list of programma' s to permit or block. The CrossLoop, TightVNC, remote control and VIPTunnel groups must be permitted.

    It can be a problem of DNS with yours provider of Internet services. Better to call to resolve. It calls your ISP sometimes and to ask if there are of alternative serveur DNS is possible configuration manually in the configuration - or to ask a local friend if you it cannot be tried sometimes to they - works not.

    SETTING preferences to TeamViewer

    1. General:

      • You can name your screen that will help you identify
      • if you want a password predefined static At the Start, enter and confirm a password
      • select the "Accept incoming LAN connections to use TeamViewer in a local network

    2. Remote Control:

      • If you have an ADSL high speed internet, select option best quality in the Quality. If you have an ADSL connection of medium quality.You can choose option Automatic which is by default
      • You can disable the wallpaper of the remote computer desktop
      • Cursor Control Dial allows you to set the level of access for outbound connections. By default you have full access . If you want to change this default setting.

    3. Presentation, Security, Extended:

      Change the settings to suit your personal preferences under the Security you can configure a whitelist and blacklist of ID. You can add ID to the blacklist that you want.
    4. Personalized Invitation:

      When you use the menu Settings/ Invite a partner it launches your default mail to send an e-mail pre-written invitation ,by the Custom Invitation in the preferences you can change the default text of the invitation
