Internal error 2343

hi,

I have the following problem:

I want to install Office 2003 on windows NT and I always get the Error message "Internal Error 2343". Because patch from MS (Err2343.exe) has some problem, I have many times but it still does not. It always comes back the same error message. What can I do? I hope you have a solution for me.

Hi,

Download the Err2343.exe file : click here. Close all our utilities and run Err2343.exe. After running Err2343.exe, you can find the Readme.txt file for this utility in your system folder, which is usually located in folder : Windows NT: C:\Winnt\System32

This happens if, You removed (uninstalled) Lotus Notes Or Lotus Notes is installed, but there are incorrect entries for Lotus Notes in the Windows registry or the Win.ini file.

To avoid this error message, you should temporarily rename the Notes.ini file, this file may be located in the following folder %systemroot%\system32 where %systemroot% is the drive and path where your system is installed.
