System Alert Popup

i am irritated of system Alert Popup i dont know how and why this appearing but suddenly creating problem for me.i have xp installed on my on my laptop. but this fake anti-spyware program showing pop up continuously at right corner toolbar how can i remove it ? please help me !!

try updated avast or ca antivirus to remove it mac cafe McAfee couldn't delete it i have tried it out

This is malware i think you have installed any fake application of it check in Add or Remove Programs for malware typically installed with rogue anti-spyware programs such as AntiVermins. if present uninstall it .try norton or bitdifender online scanning.
