How to disable Proquota.exe

I was infected with a very dangerous trojan virus which took me around two full days to completely eliminate it from my computer. Well, I had to reinstall Service Pack 2 (SP 2) in my Windows XP. Now the proquota.exe which is the processing file for profile quota management keeps on popping. How do I disable this prequota.exe ?

To disable proquota.exe -

Open windows explorer and navigate to the file - c:\windows\system32\proquota.exe

Right click on the file >> click Properties >> select Security tab >> click Advanced button.

Under Permissions tab,
click on every entry, and click Edit button. For every entry, uncheck "Inherit from parent the permission entries ..."

Note - make sure you remove all the permissions from this file.

Under Auditing tab,
do the same thing as done under permissions tab.

Restart computer.
