Symantec corporate live update problem

HI,
I have Symantec AV Corporate version. But i cannot run live updates. When i click on live updates, it connects to the server but cannot update and give the error. It says there is no internet connection but i can browse everything. What is the problem? Can anyone help?

There might be corrupt in your live updates. Try to uninstall and reinstall Live Update or get the new version of live updates. Use symantec installation disk to repair live update. Also try reinstalling whole program.

Try to temporarily turn off product protection:

• Open the program
• On the Internet Security tab, click Settings.
• Under Basic Security, click Auto-Protect
• Then click Configure
• Click Continue in User Account Control window
• Then click Miscellaneous under Advanced Options
• Uncheck Turn on protection for my Symantec product
• And click OK

Try following steps:

• Click Start
• Click on Control Panel
• Then click on Symantec LiveUpdate
• Select the 'Internet Options in the Control Panel option'
• Click on the Proxy tab
• Select the 'I want to use my Internet Explorer proxy settings option'
• Click Apply
• Then click OK
