Cannot install SuperAntiSpyware even in safe mode

I recently downloaded SuperAntiSpyware on my desktop computer. I tried installing it in safe mode but facing issues during the installation. The system restarts due to the DCOM service closed without any reason. How to solve this problem?

Download SDFix and save it to your desktop. Before using this tool, you must be signed in from the Administrative account. Now start SDFix by double clicking on its executable file and then rebooting the computer. Now start computer in safe mode and run RunThis.bat file. Type "Y" to start the cleanup process. This program will automatically remove any Trojans in your system.

From where did you downloaded SuperAntiSpyware? Download the standalone installer from the SuperAntiSpyware website:
    http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html

Moreover you can even confirm about the local security settings for digital signatures on your system by going to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Local Security Policy, Under the Security Settings - Local Policies, Security Options.

Make sure that "Devices : Unsigned driver installation behaviour" is set to "Warn but allow installation" or "Silently succeed".
