Error Message, "Unable to locate and load drivers"

While at travel, i brought a Laptop and a wireless router to be connected online but i forgot to take the disk.So i thought to use easy installment on the Belkin website to put the router on the home computer. But i am getting constantly a error message saying "Unable to locate and load drivers" whenever i am trying to to install it. Please help me to fix this error.

From any of your browser, type http://192.168.2.1 in your address bar and enter to open the routers web interface, use the wizards on the router. This is the default IP address of your router, and will open the router's internal website, a structured menu that will guide you through the settings to secure your router.Or try to use the website of driveragent any how. this will help you about the required drivers.

Try 192.168.2.1 a couple times, hope you will be able to reconfigure the router.Try deleting all reference to the modem from Device Manager, then restart your computer. When Windows detects it, hopefully it'll ask for a Modem Enumerator driver, which should be included with the modem drivers you downloaded. You can't just tell it what modem it is, as the enumerator needs to be installed first.
