i am enthusiastic to know about What is the best way to send SMS text message programmatically is there free SMS Server to send SMS programmatically available and does such server are tied up to mobile service provider ?is there Vb.net code present do so directly from windows ?, also which is the good one one?

it work from gateway provider they are usually independent from telecommunication service provider they usually buy a block of SMS messages,the provider has an API that integrate to see domain check here
