ARERR (91) RPC call failed

Hello,

I have online transaction system, but currently facing some issues, and the issue is related to RPC, it gives me error message for ARERR (91) RPC call failed, when i try pinging from client machine to server machine it shows the network connection is normal, everything is working fine but still giving me this error, I cannot go further until n unless i resolve this issue.

Please suggest.

Eventhough this error seems to be New this error happens when remedy server down for some reason,the reason may be most generally upgradation, and in that time being if you try to connect with older clients will result in an error
like the following:
ARERR [91] RPC call failed : RPC: Program/version mismatch

so wait for remedy server to get up...

Have you add-on any plugin with your existing system,does it give any plugin related error along with that that?

you may try to run Filter/SQL/API logging and post the log after checking what is there when you get an ARERR 91.

Also check Plugin/armonitor/arerr logs...
