Problem with avgnsx.exe

I have problem with avgnsx.exe .it pop up errors every time and asking for send error report for more why my CPU usage peaked between 25 and 50% when using internet applications and also link to unknown web sites; what is it ;why it operating on my pc ,can somebody help me to solve this ?

File avgnsx.exe is located in some folders of C:\Program Files . avgnsx.exe is not a Windows core file. The process listens to external sever also sends data on open ports to LAN or Internet. Therefore in security manner its dangerous

avgnsx.exe is 45% harmful but it is required by third-party software or hardware and should not disabled so it must be monitor all time so use WinPatrol Plus to monitor it

you should check for spyware and malware as it is creating problem for you just check this Prevention against spyware and viruses

i think spybot is better option i used it without any problem just update it before scanning .it can kill all the spyware
