    server 2003 shows no connections

    hie,

I have installed server 2003 at my workstation. Well, I think I have installed it properly since there was no problem at all while installing. But for some reason, within the control panel network connections, it shows no connections. What is the reason for the same ?

    any ideas....

Do you have AVG 8 running?
I had same problem, no internet connectivity after a server re-boot. I disabled the "internet related" services in AVG and now I have internet.

I hope this works for you as well !!!! goodluck

Check that your workstation service is running in computer management.
Check that Client for Microsoft Networking is installed in Network Properties.

You need to setup a static IP on the server when you promoted it to a domain controller. Check you have the right subnet mask and the default gateway is set to the IP of router that connects to your ADSL.
