Connecting 2 PCs via common Livebox

We have 2 home PCs connected to a single livebox.

Can you tell me where I can find topics of interest or links to see what can be done from a communication:

access a file from one PC to another or any other common application, all communication between the two PCs?

Its called simply create a local network. PCs are connected through the livebox. Just put the pc in the same workgroup. Prepare directory then right click with the hop and it is visible on the "Net" internal home.

There is no trick.
In the configuration panel on the System icon you should find, after double-clicked, the ability to change the working group. What is important it is that this should be the same on the 2 pc. Moreover the pc must have a different name. Then you go to each pc and you right click on the directory you want to see on the network, then properties and then sharing and you (accepts the risks..) and click OK after you have accepted the division of on and voila going on network computers then you will see the shared directory.
