I have tried some of those things already, and sofar the best i have come up with is the TeamSpeak client and server.
And Spyxie is just crap, it lags and hardly works properly.
Thanx for your guys help anyway.
1. Some soundcards have their own volume control in the systray.
if not, do a search in C:\ for sound.exe ... mixer.exe
open that app and choose for both volume controls the microphone (record & playback)
2. check your recordvolume control in windows (like in the tutorial)
make sure to select the mirophone
