How do I get XP on my wireless adapter to see

So, I have a problem with my notebook, an HP Compaq F572US. The driver installation under Windows XP works perfectly, but wireless is not even recognized in Device Manager. Under Vista, however, he was recognized, even though I have no network found.

    Now my question:

How do I get XP on my wireless adapter to see ...?

Yeah, the Vista laptop with XP, want to operate. Since I've already invested hours of time for my dear customers, the correct drivers somewhere in the individual component manufacturers because the notebook manufacturer no longer supports XP

Do you have it already tried with this driver?

    ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp36501-37000/sp36684.exe

Disabled by software devices you can under Control Panel / System / Device Manager again.

But please remember that you in most notebooks and wireless LAN by pressing a button somewhere on the device, disable it. So please look for safety's sake, if you like, not coincidentally, the happening

If you have a wireless network found but can not access, the encryption is often to blame. For example, if the router or access point the wireless encryption on WPA2 is the Wi-Fi adapter only WPA or WEP supported, you do not come clean

I would be the encryption in the AP / router disable times test and see whether you are in the network unencrypted. If it works, step by step at the top of the encryption, then WEP 64-bit, 128-bit WEP, WPA (recommended!), WPA2. Then you see indeed from where it no longer goes

The encryption should be made so ...

So, once I enter the IP itself, he gets a great connection signal strength with 100 percent ...

But the Internet can I still do not ..

So now I have time to repair is pressed, hats now I have the adapter again from the device manager kicked ...

The switch is in any case and I received 6 packages already or so ...

    If the adapter is broken?

If so tomorrow I'll get a USB adapter
