how can i get broadband account password of any once

hello guys
yesterday i use my frd lappy. The broadband isp of my & my frd same same but my frd broadband connection is high one. I see on his pc that he make a manula connection on his desktop for internet. The username is showing there but the password is encrypted. Can some one tell me that how can i get his broadband password also. Is there any way to see password????????
