if it talks about buying a router connected to a modem, then I am unable to talk to you because I do not know anything, or more precisely, I'm just a good editor pc amateur, I have ever wanted to learn the rest. Buy what I believe is that you need a router unless your modem do?

I have 2 PC connected to rj45, I ordered a free 2 Cpl I connected to "proportion" of freebox, I did not do anything, that's done automatically.
when the main PC, the other is on, I think we need a router for multiple PCs that are connected by Cpl.

sorry, I do not know more

waiting for the answer by then, there's people here who are well informed you

If you just wish to install the latest version of the Inetcpl.cpl and Inetcplc.dll files, you can do so by following these steps:

    1. Select Start > Run, and type sfc in the Open box, and then click OK
    2. Select Extract one file from Installation disk
    3. Type inetcpl.cpl in the Specify the system file you would like to restore box, and then click Start
    4. In the Restore From box, type the drive letter and path to the Windows 98 Second Edition CD-ROM folder
    5. In the Save File In box, type the full path to the \Windows\System folder (eg. C:\Windows\System), and then click OK
    6. Click OK to use the default backup folder when you are prompted
    7. Click OK to start extracting the file
    8. Repeat steps 3-7, using the Inetcplc.dll file in step 3

Re: Internet Connection Sharing in CPL

When you enable ICS on the actual internet connection (modem connection)in the PC, then *WINDOWS* will configure the network adapter with which you connect to the Xbox with the fixed IP address of 192.168.0.1 - you should *NOT* configure the settings yourself. The Xbox will get its IP address in the 192.168.0.0 subnet automatically by DHCP from the PC.
