Installing a wireless card

Hello,

I wanted to install a wireless card EVO-W300PCI on a PC with Windows XP. I detect the card but XP saying when installing the drivers that the card is damaged or missing. It gives me a fault code 39.

card is incompatible ??

If anyone can help me to solve this problem that would be really helpful.

Refer this Microsoft guide : Install a wireless network adapter , hope this will help. good luck

Check your Network Connections, disable/enable the wirelss network adapter, reinstall the driver for the wireless NIC, check the wirelss radio on/off switch.

If it's still under warranty get the manufacturer to fix it for you.

1. driver bad
2. card spoil
3. wire shorted the card
