Host server on Counter Strike using linksys?

I want to be able to create a server on Counter-Strike. How can I do this?
I have a linksys router... Is it possible to set up a server without enabling ports so as to protect my computer system from hackers .

Counter Strike uses port 27015. As per my knowledge, to set up a server on the network, you need to enable ports so that other users over the network are able to connect you for playing. I don't think you would be able to setup a server disabling ports.

If you want only the ports that the server opens for itself should be open,
    then Try using ZoneAlarm

After downloading and installing ZoneAlarm, go into zonealarm program settings and allow counterstrike through as trusted.

Go into ZoneAlarm, select Program Control, look for the tab in the loaded bit called 'Programs' and look for Steam & Half-Life Launcher, they both are different entries, set all 4 options to a tick(Allow).Thats it... should work fine.
