Release file station with Linksys router

I have a Synology DS107e Single-Drive NAS and would like to access from the outside. Between them a Linksys Wireless routs stands. Does someone have experience with this routing? What have to be able to access to release over my NAS?

I would like to be able to access my files the NAS of the Internet. my partnerin e.g. frame in London prepares and would like to access gladly from there. what do I have to there exactly do or more precisely.

Starting from the current firmware there is now a more direct entrance to the file station over the 7000 and/or 7001.This must adapt however particularly over the switching surface “user specific” to be de-energized.
